EVARON — Refund Policy
Due to the nature of EVARON Hair Serum as a topical, personally applied cosmetic formulation, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read the full policy below before placing your order.
Pre-orders
If you have placed a pre-order and wish to cancel before your order has been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to a pre-order at info@evaron.com.au.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at info@evaron.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
As a topical personal care formulation, EVARON Hair Serum cannot be returned once opened or used. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law provisions for personal care and hygiene goods. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances: the product arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item was received, or a pre-order is cancelled before fulfilment. If a refund is approved, you will be notified and automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@evaron.com.au.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item under EU consumer law. However, please note that this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened and unused product in its original sealed packaging may be eligible — please contact us to discuss.
