Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries of EVARON Hair Serum based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each cycle. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. To cancel or make changes to your subscription, visit the link in your order confirmation email to manage your account directly. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing your place in the queue for a product that is currently in production and not yet available for immediate dispatch. Full payment is collected at checkout to confirm your order. Your position in the fulfilment queue is set at the time of purchase.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund in line with our returns policy. See our returns policy for more details.
