EVARON Hair Serum is a topical scalp serum formulated with two active ingredients. It is manufactured in Queensland, Australia, in compliance with the Australian Cosmetics Standard 2019. It contains no scheduled substances and requires no prescription.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our product on this website. However, the appearance of the product on your screen may vary depending on your device settings and display configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance of the product will meet your expectations as depicted on screen.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time, to any person or geographic region, on a case-by-case basis.

EVARON Hair Serum is a cosmetic formulation. It is not a medicine and does not constitute medical advice. If you have a medical condition or are currently taking medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. EVARON reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. All purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or import charges where relevant.

SECTION 5 - SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries of EVARON Hair Serum based on the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date by accessing the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at info@evaron.com.au.

We are not responsible for charges that occur prior to a cancellation request being received and processed. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

SECTION 6 - PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing your place in the fulfilment queue for a product that is currently in production and not yet available for immediate dispatch. Full payment is collected at checkout to confirm your order. Your position in the fulfilment queue is determined by the date and time your order is placed.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Dispatch timeframes for pre-orders are estimates only. We will communicate updates as production progresses.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We dispatch orders from Queensland, Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

For pre-orders, dispatch will occur progressively as stock becomes available. You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, the EVARON name, logo, and all associated trademarks, is owned by EVARON and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
